I have been practicing hygiene for over 25 years, starting in May of 1996. I am a mother of four beautiful daughters and have nine grandchildren. I enjoy camping, hiking, art, reading, and horseback riding.

My favorite book is Atomic Habits. I enjoy getting away as often as I can to white sandy beaches and mountains.
